How to Use Your Car Desk
 
1. File Storage: if you use paper files, place hanging files in the rear storage area of your
    car desk.
  • Create an efficient filing system that works for you
  • Remove old outdated files so you don’t have search for an important document
  • Try to avoid over stuffing your file are, this will reduce clutter and increase your productivity

    2. The back storage area of your car desk are great for pens, pencils, and your cell phone.
  • Be sure to place the most frequently used items in the cubby closest to you, saving you time while working
  • Avoid putting smaller items in the cubby’s, they can fall to the bottom and you’ll have a hard time finding them when they are needed most
  • Computer batteries and chords can be stored in the rear cubby’s as well; this is great when you have to work off site and need power quickly

    3. Once a month, wipe down the rubber pad with a damp cloth; oils and dirt may reduce the
        grip on your on your non-slip work surface.
